Prakash Swaminathan overlooks the Management and Business Development of the firms operations in Sri Lanka. He holds an LLB from the University of Keele, United Kingdom and a MBA from the UK. Mr. Swaminathan has a wide range of experience starting up businesses, heading operations and marketing divisions of multinational corporations in Sri Lanka and abroad. He has recently returned to Sri Lanka after a stint in Europe and China.

She then completed her LLM at the Graduate Institute in Geneva, Switzerland. Her areas of practice include Corporate, Commercial, Arbitration, Commercial and residential Property Law.
